"Slow response made me a bit unsure"
Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a couple of days and I had to send a follow-up first. They were polite and helpful once they replied, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. Still, the delay kind of chipped away at my trust a little, because I wasn’t sure if anyone was actually going to respond. Overall, not bad, just slower than I’d expect

I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up... i’m getting frustrated at this point!! No clear updates, no delivery, just waiting and checking over and over!!!

"Felt a bit too impersonal for a gift"
I bought this to give as a gift, but when it arrived it just felt kind of underwhelming. The towel looked nicer in the photos, and in person it didn’t really have that thoughtful, special feel I was hoping for. It felt a little generic, like there wasn’t much personality to it. I ended up wishing I had picked something else.

"Showed Up Too Late"
I ordered from Sand Cloud because I needed it for a trip, the whole delivery process drove me nuts. The estimated dates kept changing, the tracking barely updated, and it just sat there for days with no useful info. I reached out to customer service, but the replies were generic and didn’t actually solve anything. By the time it finally arrived, it was already too late for what I needed it for. The products might be nice, but I don’t have the patience to deal with that again if timing matters.

"I bought this towel because everyone..."
I bought this towel because everyone made it sound like it dries super fast, but I’m confused?? Mine stays damp for what feels like forever. I used it at the beach and hours later it was still wet sitting in my bag.
Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price, I’m not really impressed. My old cheap towel somehow dries faster, which makes no sense to me.

"Wrong color and no follow-up"
I ordered one towel and ended up getting a completely different color than what I picked... I reached out to support, they asked me to send pictures, and then I never heard anything back. Frustrating! i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Looks nice, but not very absorbent"
It looks nice in the bathroom, but it barely dries me off after a shower. I wanted to like it more, but it’s disappointing for actually using as a towel.

"Too bulky for how I pack"
I like to keep my travel bag streamlined, and this just takes up more space than I’m willing to give it. It’s not terrible, but for my personal standard when traveling, I need things to be more compact and easier to fit

"I don’t know why the packaging looked so cheap"
I don’t know why, but the packaging just gave a really cheap first impression. The box showed up crushed and messy, and it felt like no one really took care with it before sending it out.

"Really poor communication"
I liked the idea behind the brand, like it seemed cool at first, but the communication was just... not great. I emailed them and got these vague replies a few days later, and then nothing that actually helped. It kind of feels like they’re always posting online but not really answering actual customers? I don’t know, just frustrating. I won’t be ordering again.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I expected this to last longer, but after just two washes it already had rough edges. It was annoying because I wasn’t planning on dealing with another little hassle, and it just added unnecessary stress to something that should’ve been simple.

"Nice towel, but the exchange was a hassle"
I really did like the towel, but of course I ended up needing to exchange it for a different one, and that’s where things got frustrating. The return process felt kind of slow and not very clear, so I was left wondering what was going on and had to follow up myself just to get an update. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely felt like I had to chase things down more than I should have.

"Looked better online than in person"
I kind of feel like I paid too much for it. It looked really nice online, which is why I went for it, but once it arrived the quality just didn’t feel worth the price. I mean, it’s not terrible, and the style was okay, but I kept noticing little things that made it feel cheaper than I expected. Maybe my expectations were too high, but either way, I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Looked great until I washed it"
I really liked this at first and thought it was going to be a solid buy. But after just one wash, it felt rough, got weirdly thin, and the colors already started fading. I followed the wash instructions on the tag, so it’s frustrating when something as basic as washing it the right way still doesn’t seem to matter. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing.

"Checkout gave me a headache"
I do like the products, and I was literally just trying to order a couple things while drinking my coffee, but the checkout process was kind of a pain. My cart kept refreshing randomly, and the promo code didn’t look like it applied until the very last step, which made me second-guess the whole order. I had to try a few times before it finally went through. Not a total disaster, but definitely messier than it needed to be...

"Not as soft as I hoped"
I’m disappointed with this towel. I expected it to be soft, but it feels rough and kind of scratchy on my skin. I even washed it thinking that might help, but nope, it still feels the same. For the price, I really thought it would be a lot nicer...

"Refund still hasn’t come through"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s taking way longer than I expected. I get that processing can take a few days, but when money is involved I’m cautious, and not having a clear update makes me nervous. I just wish the refund timeline was more reliable or at least communicated better
